Proportional Solenoid for Hydraulic Valves

Proportional solenoid is an electromechanical motion device which effects mechanical force through electrical power. The function of proportional solenoid is realized by converting the electric signal of the proportional amplifier into force and displacement.

Hydraulic Proportional Solenoid (screw type)

Kaidi has three series of screw thread hydraulic solenoid for proportional valves, GP37, GP516, and GP63 solenoids for proportional valves. Proportional solenoids normally used with the proportional amplifier to control the position of hydraulic proportional valve spool accurately. Under the nominal current and stroke, the output magnetic force is proportional to the input current.

Hydraulic Proportional Solenoid (bolt type)

Kaidi has four series of hydraulic solenoids for proportional valves with bolt connection, GP45, GP61, GV45, and GH263 proportional solenoids. These series of solenoids for proportional valves are often used in DC12V or DC 24V hydraulic proportional control systems. The input current can be changed illimitably under certain range, therefore, under the nominal range, the hydraulic stepless speed change, direction switching, and teleoperation can be realized.

Hydraulic Proportional Solenoid (3-pin type)

3-pin type hydraulic solenoid for proportional valves is the power components of the hydraulic directional valve and proportional valve, it is mainly used as the electromechanical motor device of various hydraulic guide systems of agricultural machines, environmental sanitary machines, high-speed rails, etc.

Hydraulic Solenoid for Proportional Valve (GP series)

This GP series of hydraulic solenoid for proportional valve has displacement transducer and screw thread. It is widely used in the electro-hydraulic proportional closed loop control system, equipped with the electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier. The gauge pin of the differential inductance displacement sensor has rigid connection with the armature, which realizes direct inspection of valve pool, thus controlling the position of spool accurately. The GP series proportional solenoid for proportional valve also has wide application in proportional flux valve and proportional directional valve of Rexroth.

Proportional Solenoid for Overflow Valve

This series of the hydraulic solenoid is a kind of electromechanical conversion device mainly used for proportional overflow valves. In the range of rated stroke and rated current, its output force is proportional to the input signal. When used together with the proportional controlling amplifier, the proportional solenoids for overflow valve is able to control the position of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve precisely. Our proportional solenoids for overflow valve can be mainly divided into GV40-4-A and GP80-4-A.

GV40-4-A proportional solenoid for overflow valve is suitable for many different electro-hydraulic proportional valves, such as pilot type proportional solenoids for overflow valve, proportional pressure reducing valve and electric proportional valve (PQ valve), etc.

GP80-4-A proportional solenoid for overflow valve has the characteristics of long linear working stroke, high repetition precision, and large output force. It is often used as the power element of directly controlled proportional solenoids for overflow valve, proportional flow valve, proportional throttle valve and Electro-hydraulic proportional compound valve (PQ valve).

Hydraulic Solenoid for Servo Valves

Hydraulic solenoid for servo valves is used in the electro-hydraulic proportional control system, together with the proportional control amplifier, LVDT linear position sensors measuring head and the rigid connection on solenoid armature, which guarantees direct inspection of the spool’s position, so as to realize the precise control of spool displacement.
